Visitor Services
Information Desks
Information desks will be available at three visitor entrance gates (Central, West 1F, and East gates) to provide general assistance to visitors. Four additional information desks in the Entrance Hall, Atrium, South Hall 3, and the 1st floor Galleria will also provide assistance for lost children.

Medical First Aid Center
Medical first aid centers will be set up at the East, West, and South Exhibition Halls. The centers will be open from Oct. 25 (Wed) to Nov. 5 (Sun), and nurses will be available during Show hours to treat sudden illnesses and injuries.
Infant and Toddler Services
Areas for breastfeeding and changing diapers will be made available at the South Exhibition Hall and Atrium. In addition, there are locations within each venue with existing breastfeeding areas and diaper changing tables.
Visitor & Business Center
The Visitor & Business Center, located in the 2nd floor Entrance Hall, provides support for business needs (for an additional fee). Available services include photocopying, faxing, public Wi-Fi, computers, printing, large-size printing and panel creation, fast business card printing, lamination, various rental services, as well as cloak and storage services.


Rest Area and Welfare Facilities
The East Exhibition Hall Truck Yard, the area between the East Exhibition Hall and New East Exhibition Hall, the West Exhibition Hall Rooftop Exhibition Area, and the area between the West and South Exhibition Halls will be available for use as rest areas. Benches and priority seats for elderly visitors will also be made available within the Exhibition Halls.
