Japan Mobility Show 2023!

Fall in Debu Hassy,
14 leading meat-focused
restaurants from Japan have
come together
for this special event.
This is the first time for many of the restaurants
to participate in such an event.
It's incredible to have so many famous restaurants in one place!
Additional sub-areas are divided into the
Local Gourmet , World Gourmet ,
and Family Gourmet
areas and build excitement throughout
the entire venue.
This year, a total of 45 restaurants
—the most ever—
are here to fill visitors' stomachs and spirits.

The real name of this food entertainer is Yo Hashimoto.
He has qualifications as a meat expert and a rice sommelier, and has filled his stomach at 10,000-some restaurants to date.
His food-focused social media accounts are popular, with more than 280,000 followers on Instagram.
He also serves as a community empowerment advisor for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, a Japan food ambassador for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the first-ever food ambassador for Yokohama Chinatown.
His signature phrase when he eats something tasty is "Debulicious"!

JMS is the acronym of the Japan Mobility Show, and this special meat event has been named the Japan Meat Show to give it the same acronym.
A total of 15 shops and restaurants, including 14 famous meat-focused restaurants in Japan and one fruit shop, are coming together at the main event venue on the rooftop area of the West Exhibition Halls!

For the first time, Fast-track Tickets to avoid having to wait in line to get event foods are As a way to reduce congestion and wait times as well as the associated stress, visitors in a hurry can use the tickets to access priority purchases of event foods.
One Fast-track Ticket (500 JPY) can be used at one restaurant for ordering food for up to 2 people.

Dishes from every region of Japan are also available to give visitors a taste of regional specialties around Japan that are so good you'll want to get in your car to go eat them.
There's ever-popular beef tongue from Sendai, toriten (tempura-style fried chicken) from Oita, Sasebo burgers, and Niigata-style pork cutlet rice bowl as well as a grilled harami (skirt steak) rice bowl with black seven-spice seasoning from Kyoto and other next-generation regional specialties.

Food trucks are stationed around the outside of East Halls 1–6, so visitors can walk around the event venue while eating different foods, almost like taking a foodie trip around the world.

South Exhibition Halls
This is a family area set up as a rest space for families, complete with balloons for children.
Food stalls similar to those at festivals offer light meals and snacks for families to eat while relaxing.
There is also a booth where visitors can sample original curries prepared by different carmakers!
