Valeo: 800V 6-in-1 eAxle
800V 6-in-1 eAxle is the next generation integrated powertrain for EVs. Equipped with an eMotor, inverter, reducer, power distribution unit, on-board charger, and DC/DC converters are integrated in ONE unit. The peak output is 140kW and peak torque is 2700 Nm. The Bi-directional On Board Charger can charge not only the battery, but also can reinject energy into the charging network which allows it to supply energy to the smart grids of the future. With a rich experience in each subsystem, Valeo designs and manufactures everything in-house. Modular design methodology brings flexibility of assembling and upgrading for an advantage in maintainability. Thanks to its lightweight and compact design, it is capable of front and rear drive.

ICHIKOH: Front and Rear Lighting Experiences
Front and Rear Lighting Experiences are the new lighting concept for the cars of electrification and automated driving era.
On the front fascia, extending lighting to the area that was the grille before improves the design and plays a new role of communication by a connection between the lamps and the grille in conjunction with the headlamps.
On the rear fascia, lighting meeting the latest styling trends gives the vehicle an advanced impression, and the large lighting area further strengthens the rear lamp’s most important role, “viewability”. LED display enhances the safety of the following vehicle by alerting the distance to the vehicle.

Bionic Battery Cooling Plate
MAHLE has been developing systems for cooling lithium-ion batteries for well over a decade, making it one of the pioneers in this field of technology.
The bionic battery cooling plate from MAHLE keeps the lithium-ion battery in the optimal temperature window between 10 to a maximum of 40 °C at all times. Within the cooling plate, the coolant flows into fluid channels.
In the latest development, the channel design imitates flow patterns found in nature. This reduces pressure loss by up to 20 percent while increasing heat transfer by 10 percent.
