You can see “Working Vehicles Gather Together” at outdoor exhibition booth of East Hall! Japan Auto-Body Industries Association Inc. (JABIA) is in charge of process from development to production of load-carrying devices of “Working Vehicles” that are necessary for People life, and that are composed by truck, van, trailer, and special kinds of vehicles so on. Based on the concept that our products should be safe, reliable, and kind to the environment, we want to introduce vehicles that are complied with customer needs and quick social changes. In addition, we are introducing JABIA members and“JABIA mark”, which is born from our whole business activities of safety and environment.
In JABIA booth, we are doing events for children.
You can see and hear the narrator report of exhibited vehicles by the monitor on the stage.

This is a feed transport vehicle that transports mixed feed for livestock in bulk and discharges it into a silo at the delivery destination.
Partitions are installed inside the tank, and the shutters for each partition can be opened and closed to ensure delivery to the destination.
Feed can be delivered according to the volume of the silo.
Various functions such as tank division/boom length specification, remote control device, reversing device, residual feed reduction device, etc.

"Low Floor Toilet Cube" is a bathroom trailer that can be used as a priority toilet facility. By making improvements to the conventional chassis and developing a low-floor structure with a height of approximately 40 cm from the ground to the interior floor.

Nippon Fruehauf Co., Ltd.OE01-06

Nippon Fruehauf will exhibit products that focus on the fields of environment, safety, and new services to connect the future with mobility, under the theme of "Let's design a sustainable future together."
In terms of the environment, we will exhibit a full trailer that is compatible with double-coupled trucks. It reduces CO₂ emissions by 40%, reduces the number of drivers by 50%, doubles the payload, and is also compatible with the 2024 issue.
In addition, we have successfully manufactured a body called "Green Body" made from aluminum horizontal recycling in collaboration with the Japan Light Metal Group, a manufacturer of aluminum. The body is the first in the truck body industry, and it has succeeded in reducing CO₂ emissions by about 80%. We will introduce this process in a video.
In terms of safety, we will exhibit "safety fences" that can be easily installed on tail gate lifts even by women, and "line lights" that are installed at the edge of the loading platform to warn of danger. We will also introduce the safe use of tail gate lifts in a video. In addition, we are also exhibiting "pull-out step" for safe access to the loading platform.
In terms of new mobility services, we will exhibit a demo machine of "Fruehauf Connect," which can timely grasp information such as vehicle location, operation status, and weather information.
Finally, the painting of the exterior and interior was handled by artist Jun Inoue, who is a native of Atsugi City, where Nippon Fruehauf is headquartered. The colorful exterior of the body and the Fruehauf color interior will surely make you feel Nippon Fruehauf 's new challenge.
